WITS utilizes Lean principles (Identify Value, Map the Value Stream, Create Flow, Establish Pull, Seek Perfection) and leverages the Six Sigma phases of Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control. Our implementation differs based on the environment, industry, and opportunity. Some environments are better positioned to benefit from some and not all of these principles, and applied to People, Process, Technology, Data, and Performance as required.
